The countdown is on: in less than a week, the Craft Bakers Association (CBA) Business Day 2025 takes place at the Hilton Wembley. This annual event is always one of the highlights of the bakery industry calendar, bringing together bakers, suppliers, and innovators from across the UK.

For me, the CBA Business Day is more than just a networking event. My main focus is to take the opportunity to learn about the challenges being faced in bakeries. I see this as a space where we, as an industry, can come together to share insights, tackle challenges, and explore new opportunities. Whether you’re running a small artisan bakery or managing a large-scale operation, events like this help us all stay ahead in an ever-changing landscape.
