H CABINET
-38°C to -18°C
The H-Cabinet is KOMA’s original blast freezer and storage solution — a design refined over nearly 80 years. Its signature “80/20 system” splits cooling power between a high-performance blast freezer section and long-term storage compartments, ensuring rapid freezing without compromising storage stability. The cabinet can accommodate 2 to 10 storage compartments, with customisable tray slides for 600x800 mm trays and adjustable stainless-steel feet as standard.
With temperature ranges as low as -38°C (depending on compressor and refrigerant), the H-Cabinet is ideal for sensitive products like cupcakes, pastries, and chocolate. Controlled air circulation reduces dehydration risk, supporting storage times of up to 14 days. Designed for industrial use, the H-Cabinet can house its compressor externally or on top, offering flexible setup to suit any production space.
RKVC-CABINET
-28°C to +25°C
The RKVC, also known as the “Variotherm,” is a modular cabinet system designed for flexibility and precision. Made by combining SKHV units, it offers 4 to 10 doors, each with independent temperature control via KOMA’s K-Control system. This makes it ideal for bakers needing tailored environments for different products — all in one cabinet.
With a white coated steel exterior, stainless-steel interior, and adjustable stainless-steel feet, the RKVC balances performance with a clean, durable design. It's built for 600x800 mm trays, with up to 5 trays per compartment. A central compressor and condenser unit powers the system, while optional de-humidifiers can be added to specific sections as needed.
SVHD
-30°C to -18°C or -20°C to +15°C
The SVHD is a long-term frozen storage cabinet designed to preserve product quality, taste and structure over extended periods. Unlike the SKHV, it’s built specifically for reliable performance in low temperatures, with two model options: the SVHD-2E (-30°C to -18°C) for dedicated frozen storage, and the SVHD-2 (-20°C to +15°C) for more flexible use where a dry climate isn’t required.
It shares the same external design as the SKHV — white coated exterior, stainless-steel interior, and adjustable stainless-steel feet — and is built to accommodate 600x800 mm trays. Each compartment holds up to 5 trays, with adjustable slides. It’s a robust solution for anyone needing dependable, extended cold storage.
SKHV CABINET
-7°C to +18°C
Known as the “zero-point cabinet,” the SKHV is a versatile solution designed to preserve product freshness in the short term. Often set at 0°C, it’s ideal for use between production and sale — keeping items like pastries or chilled goods in perfect condition without affecting taste or texture. It’s not built for long-term storage, but excels as a reliable buffer for unsold products.
With a white coated steel exterior, stainless-steel interior, and adjustable feet, the SKHV includes an internal compressor and plug-and-play functionality. Its clever K-Control system allows users to adjust humidity and repurpose evaporator frost — offering either moist or dry conditions for different product types. Suitable for 600x800 mm trays, each compartment stores up to 5 trays.


VHD
-28°C to -18°C
The VHD — often referred to as the “Jetstream” — is a high-capacity frozen storage cabinet, combining multiple SVHD sections into a single, unified climate. Unlike the RKVC, which allows for multiple compartment temperatures, the VHD maintains one consistent temperature throughout, managed via a single KOMA K-Control panel and evaporator. This makes it ideal for users who need a dependable and uniform frozen environment.
Built with the same robust design as the RKVC — white coated exterior, stainless-steel interior, and adjustable stainless-steel feet — the VHD can accommodate up to 12 doors. In larger units, a second evaporator is included to ensure optimal air distribution and cooling power. It’s designed for 600x800 mm trays, with each compartment storing up to 10 trays. This model requires an external compressor and condenser, offering greater power for long-term frozen storage.
RKVC-CABINET
-20°C to +35°C
The SDCC is a compact, all-in-one retarder proofer designed for flexibility and ease of use. It offers the same advanced capabilities as the larger CDS, but is tailored for single trolley use. With a temperature range from -20°C to +35°C and integrated compressor and condenser, it’s a true “plug and play” solution. Often referred to as the “popular,” it’s ideal for bakeries looking to freeze and proof dough on a smaller scale without sacrificing control or quality.
Thanks to KOMA’s intelligent K-Control system, the SDCC allows users to precisely manage temperature, humidity, and timing. It’s perfect for weekend storage—keeping dough frozen for up to three days before slowly initiating the proofing process, so products are ready to bake exactly when needed. Available in two models, the SDCC-SW for trolleys and the SDCC-PW for trays (with adjustable tray slides), this cabinet blends performance with versatility in a space-saving format.
